Life Bookmarks™ is designed for children ages 6–11. Younger children may enjoy completing activities with a parent, while older children can explore many of the pages independently.
Do we need to use it every day?
Not at all. Life Bookmarks™ includes 12 weeks of guided activities, but there's no strict schedule to follow. Some weeks you might complete several pages. Other weeks, one conversation might be enough. Go at your own pace, skip ahead, and return whenever you're ready.
Can my child use it independently?
Yes! Many activities invite children to draw, write, and explore their thoughts and feelings independently. Other pages encourage conversations and shared reflection with a parent or caregiver. There's room for both independent discovery and meaningful moments together.
