Is This Coaching Right For Me?

I’ve tried therapy before. How is coaching different? +

Therapy and coaching can work well together, but each has its own purpose.

In my coaching, we focus on building awareness, noticing patterns, and improving relationships. We look at what’s behind your reactions, help you reconnect with parts of yourself that need care, and find small changes you can start making right away.

Many of the mothers I work with have tried therapy, are in therapy now, or just want a space for personal growth and reflection.

I don’t have a major problem. Can coaching still help me? +

Yes. Coaching is not only for moments of crisis.

Many mothers come to this work because they want to understand themselves more deeply, feel more grounded in everyday life, and create more intentional relationships at home.

You don’t need to wait until things feel unbearable to begin noticing what needs care.

I don’t have much time. Can I still do this? +

Yes.

This coaching isn’t about giving you more to do when you’re already busy.

The goal is to help you become more aware in your everyday life.

Most of what we talk about is meant to fit easily into your daily routine, so making changes feels doable instead of overwhelming.

Will you tell me what to do? +

Not usually.

Instead of giving advice or telling you what to do, I help you build the awareness you need to find what feels right for you.

My role is to guide you, ask helpful questions, and help you notice patterns that might be hard to see on your own.

The answers are often already within you.

Do I need to be a mother? +

No.

Most of my work is with mothers, but the basics, like awareness, understanding your emotions, self-trust, and building strong relationships, are helpful for anyone.

If you feel called to this approach, you are welcome here.

Still unsure?

I am a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach through Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting & Life Coaching Institute.

I believe lasting change begins with awareness, not more strategies.

The RHYTHM Rootmap™

The RHYTHM Rootmap™ is the framework I use to help mothers understand what is happening beneath the reactions, overwhelm, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

Together we move from awareness to connection to intentional change.

Reflect — Notice the pattern

We slow down and look honestly at what is happening on the surface — your reactions, triggers, and protective responses.

Reconnect — Understand what is underneath

We explore the stories, emotions, needs, and protective parts shaping your reactions.

Refine — Respond with intention

We practice small, realistic shifts that support self-trust, boundaries, repair, and connection in daily life.

Frequently asked questions

1. Is this therapy?

No, coaching is not therapy, and I am not a therapist. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I help you understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and find new ways to respond, focusing on awareness rather than fear.

If you are currently in crisis or dealing with a clinical mental health condition, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional first.

2. Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for moms who care deeply about their children but sometimes find themselves reacting in ways that don’t feel true to who they are.

Many of the mothers I work with notice that their reactions often come from their own childhood or past experiences. They feel ready to look within themselves rather than just push harder.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Just being open to becoming more aware is enough to get started.

3. What is The RHYTHM Rootmap™ and how does it work?

The RHYTHM Rootmap™ is a gentle framework at the center of this approach. It has three steps: Reflect, Reconnect, and Refine.

Reflect guides you to notice the patterns that shape how you react.

Reconnect helps you understand what is going on beneath your reactions.

Refine supports you in creating new responses based on awareness instead of old habits.

The goal is not to be a perfect parent, but to become a more aware one.

4. What does a coaching session look like?

Sessions take place online, one-on-one or in a group, in a calm and supportive environment.

We talk about what matters to you right now, whether it’s a pattern, a reaction, a situation with your child, or something you’re still trying to figure out.

Each session moves at your pace. There’s no script—just gentle structure and thoughtful guidance.

5. How long does it take to see results?

Some mothers notice a change after the first session. Often, they find themselves pausing in situations where they used to react automatically.

Deeper changes in patterns usually happen over several weeks or months with regular practice.

This approach is not a quick fix. It leads to lasting change that develops gradually with support.

6. Do I need to have done inner work before to work with you?

No, you don’t. Many of the mothers I support are just starting their inner work journey.

You don’t need any experience with coaching or therapy. All you need is a bit of curiosity and an open mind.

7. What if I don’t have much time right now?

This approach is meant to fit into your real life and not make things more stressful.

Sessions are based on what you’re already dealing with, so they blend into your daily routine instead of adding more tasks.

Even a few moments of awareness can make a real difference.

8. Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are held online through video calls, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable. This could be your home, your office, or even your car if you have a quiet moment.

You don’t need to travel anywhere.

9. How much does coaching cost?

We’ll talk about pricing during your free Clarity Call. This is a chance to discuss what kind of support would help you most and see if working together feels like a good fit.

You won’t be pressured to make a decision during the call.

10. What is The Rhythm Letter, and what will I receive?

The Rhythm Letter is a brief monthly email designed for mothers who want to stay in touch with themselves as they raise their children.

Each letter includes:

Reflect: a personal insight and a journaling prompt

Reconnect: a simple idea to help you and your child connect

Refine: a thoughtful book recommendation for both you and your child

You’ll get just one email each month, so it never feels overwhelming.

11. I downloaded the freebie. What happens next?

Your 3-Minute Pause Ritual will be sent to your inbox right away.

After that, you’ll get The Rhythm Letter once a month. It includes reflections, tools, and gentle support for the times in between.

If you ever want to go deeper, I’ll occasionally share coaching options.
