My Story
The Journey That Changed Everything
Motherhood didn't create my struggles. It brought them to the surface.
For a long time, I focused on caring for everyone else and stopped noticing what was going on inside myself.
I loved my children very much, but I still often felt overwhelmed, reacted quickly, and wasn't the parent I wanted to be.
Over time, I realized that what I thought were just motherhood struggles were actually deeper issues. These included old habits, ways I tried to protect myself, and beliefs and expectations I had held onto for years.
That was the moment I started working on myself.
